Kyle J. Siems

Initially starting his legal career in Hawaii, Mr. Siems worked as a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii. In that capacity, he handled hundreds of family law cases as well as challenging child welfare issues. He was recognized for his extraordinary leadership and contributions in promoting and providing legal services to the poor.

In 2011, he left Hawaii for San Diego where his practice has expanded to include numerous high net worth, complex cases, including business divisions, high net-worth self-employed individuals and complex child custody disputes.

Made a partner with the law firm of Wilkinson & Finkbeiner in 2017, Mr. Siems was certified a Family Law Specialist with the California bar that same year. He sits on the board of directors for the San Diego Family Law Bar Association as well as the Community Law Project, a homeless outreach program. He continues to provide numerous continuing legal education presentations to the San Diego bar on a regular basis.
